I work with producers, production companies and fixers on fashion campaigns, documentaries and international corporate films. Based in Sesto Fiorentino, Florence, I am available for shoots across Italy and worldwide, working in Italian and English.

The right role for your production

I can join your existing crew as a director of photography or camera operator, handle a compact shoot independently, or coordinate a local crew and equipment rentals through my independent production company, KINEMO. The approach depends on the brief, the required role and the operational budget.

For a production bringing its own director and crew to Italy, I can work within the established creative and technical direction. For a smaller assignment, we can plan a lighter setup that still accounts for location access, preparation and the material you need to take into post-production.

Fashion, documentary and corporate environments

My experience spans fashion and luxury campaigns, industrial sites, pharmaceutical facilities and infrastructure projects. These environments require different ways of working: a fashion set follows its creative direction and timing; an active industrial location requires coordination with the people and processes already on site; documentary work depends on listening and responding to the story as it unfolds.

My focus is to make the production feasible within an agreed schedule and budget, anticipating practical constraints before the shoot. Preparation is part of the assignment: access, travel, equipment, crew requirements and pre-production days are considered when we define the scope.

Equipment, crew and preparation

I work with my own cinema equipment and can integrate rentals when the production calls for a different package. Through KINEMO, I can coordinate collaborators in camera, lighting, sound, styling, makeup and production support, as well as editing, colour grading and 3D work when those services are included in the brief.

I carry my own insurance and work with safety procedures and NDAs. Drone work is planned separately around the location, operating scenario, airspace restrictions and permissions required for that particular shoot. Qualifications do not replace a location-specific assessment.
